God uses whom He wills to say what He needs to say at any given time, and if it is you being used, then thank Him for that and move on. If your present leaders in authority are blocking you, then you can only pray around them and trust God to sort it. If you are indeed hearing the Holy Spirit of God, then you will continue to hear, and the answer will eventually become clear, not only to you, but to your elders too. The greatest temporal authority of all time, Paul the apostle, explained this to the Corinthians (1 Corinthians 12: 28+) and he makes it plain that we all have varied gifts and that NOT ALL speak in tongues; so how can it possibly be a requirement? That’s the one that gets me, I catch myself thinking nasty thoughts when someone cuts me off in traffic, for instance; and then remember, “Hey, that is another child of God you are being nasty to here”. Bad Fruit! It is very humbling to find how easy it is to react the wrong way!
